Terms of Service

1. The service

Podbutt provides you with your own Podcast Production Agentic Team: an AI crew, set up and overseen by our team, that books qualified podcast guests matching the guest bar you approve and turns your recordings into YouTube episodes and guest clips, published only with your approval.

2. The 30-Day Pilot Sprint and renewal

The Pilot Sprint is a 30-day engagement for a one-time team setup fee of $2,997 USD, paid at checkout. Infrastructure hard costs (tools, inboxes, data and sending infrastructure, estimated at about $500 to $600 per month) are separate, are paid by you directly to the providers, and are not included in the fee. After the sprint: [RENEWAL TERMS: auto-renew to a monthly plan at [MONTHLY PLAN PRICE] per month or opt-in, Ty to decide]. You can cancel a renewal at any time before the next billing date.

2a. Support

Your purchase includes 90 days of support, counted from the day onboarding is complete: 30 days of hands-on (hand-holding) support, then 60 days of chat-only support. After day 90, support continues only under a renewal or plan you buy. Support covers help using the service. It does not extend the 30-day Pilot Sprint or change the 90-day zero-guest guarantee.

3. Your obligations

For the crew to work, and for the guarantee to apply, you agree to:

  • Complete onboarding within [N] days of purchase.
  • Approve your guest bar and invites.
  • Give your crew the access it needs.
  • Keep [N] recording slots open per week.
  • Show up to booked recordings.
  • Respond to approvals within 48 hours.

You also agree to give us the access the service needs and to provide accurate information about yourself and your business.

4. Our use of AI

The service is delivered mostly by AI software, with human setup and oversight. Invites and other materials may be prepared by AI and sent in your name after you approve them. [GUEST AI DISCLOSURE WORDING, Ty to decide]

5. Your content

You own your recordings, episodes, clips, thumbnails and other materials we produce for you, once paid for. You give us a limited licence to use them only to deliver the service, including sending clips to your guests. Guests keep the rights they have in their own appearance and words; you are responsible for any guest releases you require.

6. You approve every publish

Nothing is published on your channels without your approval. We prepare drafts; you approve and publish. You are responsible for what you approve.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of guests, downloads, views, subscribers, revenue, deals or other results, except the 90-day zero-guest guarantee: Book zero guests in 90 days and you get 100% of your money back, as long as you follow the onboarding guidelines and steps. See the refund and guarantee policy.

8. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. All sales are final, with no refunds or partial refunds except under the 90-day zero-guest guarantee, as set out in the refund and guarantee policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, guest decisions, or actions of third-party platforms such as YouTube, email providers or calendar tools.

10. Termination

You may stop future renewals at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms, misuse the outreach (for example spam or unlawful content), or do not pay. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law
