Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers every purchase of the Podbutt 30-Day Pilot Sprint and any renewal or plan bought through podbutt.clawrevops.ai or a Stripe checkout link we provide.

2. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any reason, including change of mind, unused time, missed recordings or dissatisfaction with results, except under the 90-day zero-guest guarantee in section 3.

3. The 90-day zero-guest guarantee

Book zero guests in 90 days and you get 100% of your money back, as long as you follow the onboarding guidelines and steps.

The 90-day period starts on the day onboarding is complete, not the day of payment. A guest counts as booked when there is a confirmed slot on your calendar. If even one guest is booked in the 90 days, the guarantee does not apply.

To be eligible, you must have completed every one of these steps:

  • Complete onboarding within [N] days of purchase.
  • Approve your guest bar and invites.
  • Give your crew the access it needs.
  • Keep [N] recording slots open per week.
  • Show up to booked recordings.
  • Respond to approvals within 48 hours.

4. How to claim

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days after day 90. Include your name, the email used at checkout, and your onboarding record (the date onboarding was completed and confirmation of each step above). Claims sent after that 14-day window are not accepted.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved claims are refunded in full to the original payment method within [N] business days of approval. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

6. Our right to deny a claim

We may deny a claim if the onboarding steps were not followed, if records show a guest was booked within the 90 days, if the claim is late or incomplete, or if the claim is fraudulent or abusive. We will tell you the reason in writing.

7. Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel any future renewal at any time before the next billing date through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund charges already made, except under section 3.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of [Dubai, UAE, Ty to confirm]. Nothing in it limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
